MEET THE OWNER
Bri’Yanna Perry is a graduate of Trinity Washington University with a bachelor of art in
Psychology and minor studies in Business Administration. She started her professional career
journey as a server with Marriott International, which she worked for two years and then was
promoted to a Food and Beverage manager. In her management position she developed a love for the Human Resources aspect and in specific, developing talent in her employees.
She noticed a lot of the mistakes people made during the hiring process wasn’t due to the lack of
skill, but a lack of knowledge in communicating their skill. This is when she began guiding
people on proper interview etiquette; and strengthening resumes pro-bono of the people in her
network so they could get the results they desired. Noticing a need for these services she
launched Briyannaperry.com in 2019, which offered high-quality affordable resumes. The
company then grew to offer career-based seminars and other various courses.
Bri’Yanna currently lives in Washington, D.C. and plans to pursue her Masters in Human
Resources at George Washington University in the Fall of 2022.
